Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2, 2026

Effective date: November 2, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of panicmodeon.com (the "Site"), operated by BALRAJ SINGH. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. The Site is intended for parents, caregivers, educators, and general readers; it is not designed to collect information directly from children.

If you use the Site for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Informational service

Panicmodeon publishes general articles about parenting, child development, learning, family routines, lifestyle, and school education. The Site may be changed, suspended, or discontinued, and content may be corrected or removed, without a guarantee of continued availability.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  • violate law or the rights, privacy, safety, or intellectual property of another person;
  • copy, republish, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit Site content without written permission or a separate stated license;
  • scrape, crawl, data mine, harvest, train automated systems on, or systematically extract Site content except through ordinary search-engine indexing or with written permission;
  • circumvent access controls, probe vulnerabilities, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the Site, servers, networks, advertisements, or measurement systems;
  • introduce malware, harmful code, excessive automated requests, fraudulent traffic, invalid ad impressions, or invalid ad clicks;
  • impersonate another person, misrepresent affiliation, or submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material; or
  • collect personal information about visitors without a lawful basis and required notice.

We may block or restrict access reasonably believed to violate these Terms, threaten security, or create legal or operational risk.

4. Intellectual property

Unless a credit or license states otherwise, original text, site design, branding, compilation, and code on Panicmodeon are owned by or licensed to the Site operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. "Panicmodeon" and related branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.

Photographs, quotations, source material, and other third-party works remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their stated licenses or applicable law. Image credits and license links must not be removed.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. No ownership right is transferred. Permission is required before reproduction, redistribution, adaptation, framing, mirroring, commercial use, or removal of rights notices, except where law or an express license permits it.

5. Educational, parenting, and health disclaimer

GENERAL INFORMATION ONLY

Panicmodeon content is for general educational and informational purposes. It is not individualized educational, medical, psychological, developmental, legal, safety, or parenting advice and does not create a professional-client relationship.

Children, families, schools, and local requirements differ. Consult an appropriately qualified educator, pediatrician, mental-health professional, lawyer, emergency service, or other professional for advice about a specific situation. Never delay urgent or professional help because of information on the Site. Reliance on Site content is at your own risk.

6. Advertising, Google AdX, and sponsored material

The Site displays advertisements through Google Ad Manager and Google Ad Exchange (AdX). Advertising may be selected, auctioned, delivered, measured, limited, or personalized using cookies and similar technologies where permitted and consented to.

Google and participating advertisers are independent third parties. They control the advertising creative, destination, auction, and much of the related data processing. Panicmodeon does not select or endorse every advertised product, claim, or advertiser and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is not responsible for third-party advertisements, advertised products, purchases, advertiser conduct, or external landing pages.

The Google tag may also be used for Google Ads conversion measurement. Advertising and measurement practices, opt-out choices, and current providers are described in the Privacy Policy. Paid or sponsored editorial material, if any, will be identified in a reasonably clear manner.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site uses or links to independent services such as Google and Cloudflare and may link to educational sources, image-license pages, or advertiser websites. Third parties have their own content, availability, security, privacy policies, and terms. A link, advertisement, or technical integration does not mean Panicmodeon controls or endorses that third party.

8. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains information collection, cookies, advertising technologies, service providers, retention, user rights, and contact methods. Where consent is required, using the Site does not by itself replace a valid consent choice.

9. No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim express and implied warranties, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and freedom from harmful components. We do not guarantee that any suggestion will produce a particular educational, parenting, health, or commercial result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panicmodeon and the Site operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or profits; or harm arising from reliance on Site content, inability to access the Site, third-party links, advertising, advertiser products, or unauthorized access.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, visitors, advertising systems, third parties, or legal rights, or when these Terms are materially violated. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal and state laws and, where their material or territorial scope applies, directly applicable European Union regulations and the national laws implementing relevant EU directives. Relevant EU rules include Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the GDPR) and national laws implementing Directive 2002/58/EC (the ePrivacy Directive). Mandatory consumer, privacy, and data-protection law in your place of residence remains unaffected. Before filing a claim, you agree to send a written description to [email protected] and allow 30 days for an informal resolution.

Unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent court in the United States or, where mandatory European Union consumer or data-protection law grants jurisdiction, before a competent court in the relevant EU Member State. No arbitration agreement or class-action waiver is imposed by these Terms.

13. Changes and notice

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the Site, advertising services, law, or business practices. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. When a change is material, an additional on-site notice may be provided where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

14. General provisions

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and notices expressly referenced here form the agreement concerning use of the Site.
